It's a middle Tennessee find and thanks for the info keep it coming I'm looking them up ... I also found maybe a great new "plowed" field location if you can believe I would get out of the creek I'm really excited .. I was able to do some research talking to some old school hunters and found out a lot of history in my neck of the woods

Like I have said before a point almost needs to be text book style to be IDed for sureJMO.
 

This is JMO it looks like it could be a Hardin just form what I see in the base and notching:icon_scratch:

No, I was expecting you. Everyone who's been here a while knows you are eager to type and date just about any point shown. I was looking forward to your answer too, because like I already said, I didn't know.

I'm hoping you will answer if it is a dart point too.

I'm sorry rock I thought you were following along. gator complained about me quoting him in an earlier thread, so I am trying to minimize quoting him.
 

Hardin it is thanks for all the input I had a friend call it a cypress creek and I've checked on that the Hardin and big slough dang they all look the same haha typing a point , dart, and blade is very tricky my hats off to all of you
