after going out less than 12 times my ace 250 went nuts beeped all the time took it back to the dealer were we plugged in new coil worked perfect,thought i was going hunting with new coil but after he explained it should be sent to Garrett where not only the coil be replaced but would also be recalibrated got it back in 1 week no? asked new coil and recalibrated works great have been having a great time with it seems i don't leave home without it!!!! i've darn near made it my best freind,my hats off to garrett,the ace 250 is a all around well balanced machine!!! and now here my? wanted to upgrade with bigger coil does it need to be recalibrated to the machine like the other stock coil did!! it seemed to me that it work good with the coil the dealer put on so why have it calibrated?
