UPDATED WITH PIC!!!!!!!! need info on a prison milk bottle

i picked up a milk bottle today for 3 bucks. it caught my eye. i do not know anything about milks so im gonna ask for some help. it reads from top to bottom "HALF PINT LIQUID" FEDERAL PRISON INDUSTRIES. INC. " "LA TUNA, TEXAS" " 152 REGISTERED" maybe its not a milk but looks like one. color is clear. base has a small circle with 4 in it. im sure its not rare since it was produced in a prison probally on a mass scale. no info found on it. anything helps ! thanks
