Unknown find at the beach in NH

2" tall and 3" wide with a hole in the top to maybe put necklace through-it has a picture of a ship and a black flag with a skull and crossbones on it (similar to a pirate flag). The colors in the pendent are not common, consist of aqua blue background, orange ship bow and the ship is outlined in a gold color. The whole piece is clear coated and the backing looks like copper. I can see some sort of stamp on the back of the piece that reads: Pinnacle Design Taiwan- but before the Pinnacle Design there is something else stamped but the beach erosion has apparently worn it off.
