On average I dig about 150 signals when I do a hunt. That means 150 times going from standing to on my knees, then back to standing. I'm almost 6 feet tall and weigh 250Lbs.

An hour before I start detecting I take 2 tylenol and 2 ibuprofen and it makes a whole world of difference. It shaves about 20 years off my life (I'm 56). Nor do I have the horrible aches and pains the next day. Yes I'm a bit stiff but not like without taking those the day before, where I could barely get up the steps, my bones cracking so much it sounded like the drums from an Iron Maiden song.

That really does work and work well.

And another AMAZING remedy I discovered on my own by accident for cracks in your fingers that works exceptionally well. Extreme tooth pain cream. Just fill in the cracks with that like spackle and it not only instantly stops the pain, they heal a lot faster. Try it I think you'll be amazed.

One thing I really like for the cracked fingers/knuckles is super glue. It stings a bit when you put it on, but as soon as it dries, no pain. Also stops the bleeding and acts as a bandage for a couple of days until they heal.
Yeah they use that medically too. I once cut a thumb open badly smashing a specimen open, quartz. Was deep and blood was squirting out. At the drs they used a glue with a red cross on it. I asked where I could buy it and the nurse said any shop you go to its just super glue this one we buy from a medical supplier for insurance purposes but its exactly the same as the shop ones.

When I was about 17 I once went to put super glue on something and the back of the tube burst open and dropped a big blob on my jeans on my inner thigh. In my rush to get my pants off before it dried I failed miserably and ended up ripping a US quarter sized chunk of skin along with some attached meat with it. It left a horrible scar that took like 40 years to finally fade. Hurt like the devil too, very sensitive area.

Ooh iv come close to sticking my fingers together luckily realised in time.
That sounded grim just to imagine it with your leg 🫤 no thanks.

Had always planned that, when I die, I'm going to be leaving behind a body that was completely shot, worn out, retreaded and worn out again.

I reached that point about 10 years ago...and I ain't dead yet, so yes, Tylenol is one of my best friends. :occasion14:
