Trademark help - whetstone

Hi all,

I recently purchase a box of tools, in the box of tools was a very nice 8 1/2" whetstone encased in a ten inch block of wood. It is very nicely made. Upon further inspection, I noticed that there were metal feet, and then I found this large trademark symbol on the side of the block of wood. It is made of unknown metal and is attached to the block of wood. You can see the word trademark on the handle of the pickaxe and three unknown letters on the top. Does anyone recognize this?

Does it say OUR at the top?

I think that middle letter is an "M" and the last a "T" or "E". First letter maybe "C" or an "O"
