Gemstones have a high specific gravity and sink as far to the bottom as possible. If they're heavy, get them! My partner stumbled across thousands of cts. of rubies and sapphires....looking for gold.

Guess what my partners are doing....picking gemstones out of crevices.

Yup, they are ultra heavy, I find some big ones too, about the size of a football.

OH MY GOD THAT WAS YOU? I saw this earlier and thought to myself, "lucky bast*rd" but hey it's more than I have ever gotten. I want to go do some sniping now.
