being cash deficient as usual I called Mike to ask about his layaway program as I was after an excall 2....
so it is like 50 bucks to start...you know something to show your for real...and then just keep in touch and pay it off as you can...
when you get close he gets your order in line so your hopefully not back ordered...
i figured that it would take me a few months Mike said no problem just keep him informed via email when a payment was being sent so he could be on the lookout and keep the books upto date.
while I had a couple of days of work this week and was able to put 1200 together...i took pics of the money order and the priority mail envelope and emailed them to Mike so he could be sure the funds were coming....
a few hours later after returning from work...i had an email from Mike...a UPS tracking number...it will be here in a couple of days...
a Customer Service Award from Minelab that was well earned....it seems to me that he cannot go any further out of his way to try to help someone out...find a detector, order a part, answer a question, answer an email...
there are a lot of dealers in the detector business but IMHO.....Mike 4-H stands on the shoulders of them all....on their shoulders with both hands up yelling "HOW CAN I HELP YOU?"
i am now after a new GT to replace the current one I have....give me a week or two...
