Work might be crap but I found a Sceat.:occasion14:

We only had a short two hour evening hunt on this field, so I changed up the tactics & started gridding the top end of the field & we will come back to the other finish point later - it work out great! We have now gridded close to 6 acres to get this coin & it's been 3 years since our last Sceat.

2 Roman Coins (Not pictured yet)
Tudor Button
James I Coin Weight
18th C double sided swivel Seal Matrix
Cira 700AD Series E (G1) Sceat - 36th one recorded.:headbang:

This April will be impossible to repeat! (ie best Apr on record by far)

Another awesome hunt Cru :occasion14: Love that double sided seal matrix and the Sceat is TINY. I really like how you put it on a US penny so we all can see just how small it is. Great job man.
Going back years they used to think they were impossible to find with modern detectors....lol
If Cru'dad comes around to drop off the coins today as he passes, I have another great post on its way.

They're so small I'd believe it! I use 18kHz mostly and I'm sure that would hit on the Sceat, but I've noticed the lower frequencies give choppy responses to tiny items... for me over here at least. I'm sure those things are next to impossible to find unless they're damn close to the surface. ha

Looking forward to seeing this next post.

18 is good, but my XP stays on 12 nowadays, & found it fine. But conditions have to be perfect, ie. drilled & rolled field.

WOW!! You're just killing it !!!!! Super finds, congrats and HH
