I had this probably on a greatest hit mix as I know that I never bought an ACE tape.
Then again if you were to have asked me who ACE was I would of answered :dontknow:
I'm really bad at putting an artist name to a tune sometimes.
All I know I did a lot of cruising around where this played in the background.
Gals liked it, and it seemed to be on the playlist of the disco place.

I had some 8 track tapes I recorded off the radio.
Questionable editing at times.
One guy I knew just let the tape run through commercials and everything else. Solved the editing challenge that way. L.o.l..

Disco? Oh my.
Polyester. Sky blue leisure suits. No rear pants pockets. Black lights white shirts.

The Veeks promoted baseball. By varied ways. first the father and later the son.
sometimes....A tiny bit excessively.
The minor league ball team a half hour away has lots of entertainment today too. I applaud that!

Lets say night club-oh heck it had a disco ball on the dance floor. All I know was Ho,Ho,Ho, let's GO to the Tally Ho ( actual name of the Inn.)
The lounge was quite, a place to relax and if one wanted to impress the gal.

Saw a few mixups that happened over the years. Many a line was drawn on the table tops.
Busy night club/disco I got served because I learnt early in the rum game is to tip the server for the whole night.
$100.00 bill and my glass was never empty.
Oh the silly days of too much $$$ and not enough brains.

Other than Black Bart, are missing someone? I feel someone else hasn't chimed in lately :icon_scratch::dontknow:
Blossoms quiet. But to be fair she's probably in therapy after weeks of "Team" meetings and listening to others spill their guts about why they used to pull the heads off of their dollies and their mothers made them eat broccoli and peas when they were children during the daily bonding sessions!
:laughing7:

Did you switch browsers? If I use Safari this is what happens.
Therefore I have to use Google Chrome
My Imac is 2013 a 🦕 the tech support claims.
I'm unable to update to High Sahara version.
Got the old your system is too old.
I do have a few blue choice words on my mind.
I have a feeling it's something to do with the plug-ins.
Which I can't seem to view.
Maybe I will do a way back thing to the hard drive to see if things clear up.
Morning :coffee2:

Mentioning veggies made me think of something I haven’t thought of in a while. Did you know the word vegetarian originates from the Apache language? It means “terrible hunter”.

The Eliminator Coupe.
"Eliminator" really helped revive hot rod culture for the “MTV Generation”, back in the first half of the 1980's. Beyond hot rodding, it was a marketing tool.
Having been inspired by Pete Chapouris's 1934 Ford; known as the California Kid, Billy Gibbons hired Pete to do some consulting on Billy's own car. Once the plans were laid, Don Thelen of Buffalo Motor Cars actually did the build, using a vintage steel body and a Pete & Jake’s chassis, complete with a dropped tube axle, 4-bar front suspension and a Ford 9-inch in the rear.
Other defining features of the car include a 3-inch chop, custom 3-piece hood built by Steve Davis, ’34 Ford headlights, classic ’39 Ford teardrop taillights, and of course, the iconic red paint scheme with custom “ZZ” graphics, designed by Kenny Youngblood.
While Eliminator certainly played its part in the early music videos of ZZ Top, including for songs “Gimme All Your Lovin”, “Legs” and “Sharp Dressed Man”, the hot rod did get driven after it made its industry debut. In fact, after the car appeared in its first ZZ Top music video, Gibbons teamed up with Chapouris and Jim "Jake": Jacobs to cruise Sunset Boulevard for "Eliminator’s" maiden voyage.
Later on in the 80s, Gibbons drove the ’33 Ford cross-country from L.A. To New York. Gibbons later said that the trip took 10 days, and all they had to do was fill the car up with gas and it was good to cruise in the fast lane!
Gibbons still owns "Eliminator", and it has made appearances at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, where rock fans and hot rod enthusiasts can get a glimpse of the famous ’33 coupe year-round.

Hi. I am under the impression it comes from Latin "vegetus".
Edit...Hang on you were joking....

I suppose a number of cultures referred to or recorded those amongst them who ate only vegetables. Its recorded even in the New Testament of the Bible those who eat only herbs, vegetables in Romans.
