I just cannot deal with a small screen for any long hours use...
Ole eyesight is not what it used to be and a larger screen is just better.
Phones to me just arent the same.
Find myself squinting or fumble fingering around too much... and frustrated with slowness and fingering back and forth due to hitting wrong button etc etc

Morning crew! Hope you all are safe from this Global Warming :laughing7:
No better time this cold winter to get your research going for this years hunt. So what do you have interest in? I have a family farm and a friends property with heavy civil war activity. One location (Encampment) I was told, had been hit hard years past, but with 100+ acres, 1/3 wooded, I feel there's plenty left to uncover. Now with newer detecting technology in hand I stand a chance of luck.
Another location will start in March when we get the strong Nor'easter winds that blow out the waters in the rivers. This exposes the river banks quite a bit. Here I take a walk on the rivers edge, at this 1710 town where I find the most amazing bottles and treasures. Keep this a secret 🤐
One other is a new prospect recently shared by an old timer I approached. You guys know you better hit these guys up while they're still alive and remember the story. He's shared some native american stomping grounds many do not know about. I'm excited!

Good morning from sunny Quartzite AZ.
Fun riding down here, especially if you're okay with rocks and cacti.

Liking the soda and lock.
Living history is the coolest type of history if the history giver has retained all the marbles.
Nothing is worse than a few lost marbles as the hunt can get very muddled.
But generally a living history has a better memory of times well past than what is current.

My father said before he passed that he could recall very fine details from conversations 65-70 years back.
But don't ask for the hockey score of last night's game.

Well i guess i might be.... :/
I use a Macbook Air for computer things and an iPhone for talking.

Sounds like some fantastic places to detect!
Love the treasures!
I've been researching the old Spanish trail through the Mojave desert. I'm hoping I can find an area that hasn't been detected and maybe find some Spanish silver.

You phone people do realize that phones are half the online data right ?
And 1/10th the average small screen ?
And....3 or 4 times as powerful as any older P C. Plus, phones can now cast to any large screen modern TV. So, about the size of the screen? :angel12:
