Well I got a call for help in a business move.
Dear friends bought a feedmill on a river, out of the city.
So the load of warehouse racking needs to be transported over today.
So me needs to get car hauler out if snow banks.
Take plow off, get tractors started get gear together.
Do this by noon, go to city, load, transport it another hour+ west.
Unload get the tour, drive back to farm, dinner, get together celebrate the purchase.
I need a nap just thinking of the day.
So have a to shelf day everyone.

Midnight here now. Misses made an awesome wok beef stir-fry.
Earlier on, not for midnight.

Added some of our chilis and Tumeric with Black pepper. Good that, Tumeric and Black pepper for us older guys they say with our creaks and groans. If anyone's wondering, Tumeric is great for inflammation and arthritis, but poorly absorbed, but add black pepper and it sends its absorption through the roof. 👍

The noodles are Soba noodles, zero carbs. 👍
