*** The muzck stops after a sound of a vintage recorder's stop button is heard... and A voice that sounds like it might be ARC disguising his voice crackles ***

Please hold for the next available guess to respond... if you would like a call back please hang up and call back later.

***Recorder sound of play button is heard and muzack begins... this time its rock and roll tape***

Update on the iron rock thingy I found. Talk to my local college geologist and he told me to take it to a mineral and gem show that will be in the fair grounds coming up in a few day that he knows someone there that deals with meteorites and can tell me what it is. Now realistically I know it probably isn't that but even the colleges geologist said to get it checked just in the off chance it is.

One could assume from somewhere in that time era probably.

Looking back in my past-back-machine
Mine was ripped off when the soldier was chasing after something or running away from something.
Got it caught on a side of a feeling post or a tree
Kind of a cloudy picture try to see.

I remember digging it, probably a photo someplace.
But at the time I remember thinking it was just a modern snap hook.
Should of paid more attention.

You should just go to the show, and show it to the fellow.
Never know, and you probably be given a free education because they feel like bending the ear.

Good night pirates. Been a long weekend and the ride home was , uh, I will say tense, very tense. May or may not be on tomorrow. We have a funeral to go to. Save me some rum Cap’n.
I thought I replied but I must be getting old and fried.
Morning WD
My condolences for your loss
You can have my share of rum ok.

That’s funny! Suddenly I see signatures, but I did nothing
It was a setting in your profile, I thought you were complaining you didn't see signatures, if you don't want to see the signatures let me know and I will change it back for you.

Alleged Civil War also.
(Didn't play on the site , just grabbed a related pic.)

Troop issued wartime stuff , vs men that attended the same military academy prior , and other wars....It must be hard to sort some things out.
Confederate use of brass (like in Macon Georgia and pistol frames) was a matter of available material and methods.

No, it’s fine. I assumed they didn’t carry over during the change
