Pretty sophisticated cyper on the right. They use five different characters to represent "E", four different for "O", two different for "T", two different for "S", and the same one character used for "O", "S", "D" and "U".

Perhaps they used a computer generated rotating random cypher? Or, more likely, it has nothing at all to do with the Spanish text added in the boxes. That would be my take away.
