I agree, these are Fake names.

Not even fake names, just random alphabet strings, the spaces and punctuations added at the decoder's own convenience, just as you stated. There exist many-many attempted clear text just like this one employing a wide variety if suspected keys. Just saying, nothing new or groundbreaking here, just exactly what one might expect at a result.

Whatever you desire. Many use keys that are consistent with whatever subject matter they wish to be part of the solution. But it really doesn't matter, just select a handful, say 15,20,30 and drive yourself mad with them as you can bet you'll be able to recognize seemingly relevant gibberish in many of those solutions.....
