✅ SOLVED Tag with Oriental stamping

Has anyone ever seen one of these before. I found it at an old smelter town. It was crusted but manage to get this far with it. Little piece broke off during cleaning. Any Help is greatly appreciated. Let me know if you need better pics. Thanks again
