Taylor swift ( who cannot sing in my opinion) is doing three concerts in Indy this weekend.
I spent sometime downtown this afternoon and saw hundreds of her fans buying her merchandise.
She is making millions just from merch.
If people choose to do it, so be it.
It just seems such a waste of resources.
You?

She earns a lot more than few million,
She reportedly earns about $13.6 million for each performance. The EROS tour is estimated to have generated $4.1 billion in personal earnings for Swift.

Agree on her singing too, not my cup of tea at all.

I don't get the Swifty craze because I don't like her music. But, she is a good entertainer and does seem to care about her fans more than the typical star.
Yeah I never hear anything bad about her.
I’m just tired of her always on tv and radio.
Take a vacation girl

If Swift actually cared about her fans she wouldn't be charging her fans $1,000+ a ticket, In 2023, the average ticket price for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour was $1,088.

According to a 2023 poll by Morning Consult, the typical Taylor Swift fan is a white Millennial, and more likely than not, female.

This a thousand times... you saved me from typing it out

I'm not a fan. And wouldn't go very far out of my way to see her.

Taylor has played her cards right and is a VERY successful entertainer. Congrats to her for that. She is a major part of her own success.

I have the habit of saying when she is in the media spotlight yet again , "get it while you can".
Not that she desperately needs more or is expected to down the road.

And I hear her sweatshirts are $90!
They may be swifties, but they ain’t thrifties
