Hi, new to this forum. Hope this bill doesn't get shot down. Thanks for all the effort with this. :icon_thumright:

Hi
I have not heard anything grom the original poster in a while. You are in a good area anyways?? The parks would be fun for coin shooting and old rings I guess.
Welcome to T-net

i'm still here, i check this area often to see if any new posts have been made,
still have not heard from my rep, i will call friday and see if i can talk to him
if he is here in town, he lives here. i will post it if i talk to him.

Tenn. friends, O.G. sent me a message on this. I don't see anything happening on this for the near future as the recent elections turned the state house upside down. I doubt my Rep. knows where the restrooms are in the capitol. I'm afraid this bill will get lost in the shuffle. We (detectorists) are in the minority so don't expect much help. The idiots digging Native American graves helped get the Corps land off limits. Expect the archaelogists to oppose anything that increases sites to detect. When the bill hits the floor, I'll contact who I can to support it. I don't detect in state parks but I may want to sometime. Based on the current trends in government, this will be an uphill battle. Quindy.
