White's M-6
It's been a long, long winter, and there is still snow on the ground, but we finally had some sun and we made it to 60 today and I couldn't take it anymore. I took my dynamic duo (schnauzer twins) for a walk this morning and found a $5 dollar bill laying in the grass, and on the way back to the truck I found a quarter laying on the ground, I figured it was an omen. I was $5.25 ahead, and hadn't even put the batteries in my detector yet! :headbang:

I had charged up my batteries over the last 2 days, so I ate some lunch, grabbed the M-6 & accessories, and went out for my 1st dig of the year. I got permission to detect 2 houses that are being torn down for a new bank. I only had a couple of hours before work, where I'm at now, and managed some goodies. I found 11 pennies ( 2 wheats, a 1918 & 1925), 2 clad dimes, and the usual crappe'. It felt wonderful to be in the sun and digging in the dirt. Most of you are way ahead of me with some spectacular finds already, but I'm a happy camper tonight. Happy Hunting folks...
