I found,two sterling silver teaspoons,six sterling sugar spoons,two coin silver spoons with turquoise stone on handle,one silver plate sugar spoon,one sterling pickle fork,three rogers aa pickle forks,and one horderve fork. Mostly in one hole,and some off to the side. What a great day at the park,in the woods!!!!

I will try to get some pics later. I have to go to work. By the way,the horderve fork is for olives. Also,I found a figural spoon,with a lady on it. My buddy and me went out friday,and found some costume jewelry in the same woods. Best pieces,a few sterling chains. Saturday came,and the first ten minutes,same area,spoons,and forks. Wow!!!!!!!!! A few more costume pieces,modern stuff(pins,earrings,etc). My found another silver spoon,in the same area!! Wish I could go out today. Hopefully,there is more wher that came fom. This park is a metro park and goes for miles. I found three walking liberty haves,two mercury dimes,and three wheats in one hole,a few weeks ago. What is next? Cant wait to see!! What a great year,so far!!!!!!

That's quite the haul of silver...that park must have been a popular picnic spot back in the day......hit around the base of large trees in that area....should be some more old coins, jewelry, etc....

Sorry my first comment was so direct.... I hope I did not insult you, these pictures are much nicer. Do you know anything about sterling ?? I'm very keen to the olive fork 4th in from the right in the 2nd row. Its a very nice fork and has a nice design making it very desirable... Could you please tell me if it has any marks and maybe some of the other marks on the other pieces?? Very cool, all the best !!
