that's one way to look at it . but i have seen this mine , waltz was not joking at all this mine is hard to find even when you know where it is ..

Can you prove (show any evidence), that you've seen HIS mine? Pictures? Video? Anything? Just saying something doesn't make that statement evidence of anything, right?

I wouldn't totally discount Bicknell's 1895 Article. As much as you all think he was just trying to sell papers and write whatever made one interested in the story, I believe Bicknell's writings were more important than many believe.

What fascinates me about all the articles back then, is that most state the Mine is about 50 miles or less from Phoenix, yet many have gone in way further - even as far as the East side of the Supes. If most of those articles keep stating that the Mine is no farther than 50 miles from Phoenix, then why have so many searched much farther in all directions?

i would set with my back to my fathers bed and listen to him read about lost treasures and rock hounding and old mines ,hour after hour i would listen to every word as if GOD himself were talking from heaven down to a small poor boy waiting for the chance to seek the truth hidden from so many ,don't get me wrong i have read the paper so many times i stopped counting ...Bick was a brilliant news paper man ,but he made one mistake and we all know how far that can take you down the rabbit hole .when he found the two room house in the cave he was convinced he had found the missing clue that would take him to the mine , that is the problem with time often only the breadcrumbs of truth fall thru and here we stand with a hand full of crumbs and a passion in our hearts to seek out the great treasure lost in the fear of those that pass and never got the chance to tell where their great wealth rest . with only our only skills and wisdom to guide us onward we end up here talking about the ones that seek and past ..God himself gave me a chance and i believe in my GOD with all my heart and soul . i am a shaman yet i could not stop a curse so evil ..it has taken more than you will ever know from me and left me with the quilt of sharing the past with those i knew and grew up with ...in 1979 i had that sighting and told only one person,my oldest brother and best friend .. he would die within 3 years from that very day repeating the same words back to me the night he died . no sir i need not answer any questions you may have call out what you well .. it only makes me silent and fade way into my own sorrow ..a shadow of who and what i am .. that curse has taken all 4 of my brothers from me and i only have one sister left . please leave me be , please .
