Smittyman Finds BIG SILVER!

As part of the official Smittyman Posse, it is with great pleasure that I announce the arrival of a bouncing baby Walker to the Smittyman household.

Yesterday afternoon Smittyman was kind enough to allow Beez0404 to cut some grass at the overgrown lot (pic included), for him to hunt. While Beez was catching his breath, our hero jumped on the fresh cut area and scarfed up a 1942 Walking Liberty half dollar!

That Beez has a real knack for picking friends.

Well now I see who the brains of this outfit is ~ Smittyman! Lol.

I can't take any credit for brains - Both Tom and Jay will attest to that.

I was just copying Tom's lead from Saturday.

Anyway, Jay has found so much silver this year that he was feeling a little guilty and felt he should spread the love.

Guilty HELL!!! I needed help putting the lawnmower in the truck. I dug 2 more mercs at this site today bringing the silver coin total to 8 for me, 4 for Tom, and the BIG SILVER for Smittyman. A total of 13 silver coins and I had to forfeit 5 to load and unload the mower. WELL, I now have a couple 2x6s so no help is required now. If I invite ya'll up to hunt this site again it will be all mowed and ready for swinging. I will of course already hit it at least twice. But as they say no place is ever hunted out.

I know how Tom is over the summer. He catches fire finding silver coins. So I have been working/playing very hard this spring to build a comfortable lead. I am not worried about Smittyman. His wife doesn't let him hunt as much as he'd like.

You guys need to come to WS. I got a place for ya but I don't think that push mower is going to handle it. This is from about 7 years ago. It's MUCH worse now.
