Found this item at a cellar hole along with small flat buttons and an 1808 LC. All items recovered from the area appear to be from the early 1800s so I'm guessing this item is too. The clasp is 1" x 9/16" with no markings. There are two small hooks and one large at the opposite end. Any help identifying this item would be greatly appreciated!
