Slow connection last two days / Anyone else experienced this

I just realized a couple days ago, I added a third party link / image to the site. MAYBE this is causing the slow downs w/IE.

I have deleted that link / image.

Let me know if you see an improvement!

Im still on IE but at this time it seems to be much better. It was so bad before, that it would come to a complete freeze and all I could do was wait... and wait... I think its fine now.
