Shipwreck project, moving a 200 ft Landing craft off the beach

Congrats on getting her off. Am I right in guessing that despite the storm's strength, the storm surge was relatively mild?
 

Storm surge took a vessel the same size a mile inland at Crooked island with the surge over 10 ft.....
 

Towed her to the dock today, everyone gets paid......

I think we have managed to put together a deal to get these commercial fishing boats off the land.

It will be great to get these guys back earning a living while the salvage guys are here.

wish I still had the pic. two 80foot shrimp boats tied together at the bow at an intersection. one headed south the other header east. a mile from the nearest water. After Katrina.
 

First boat to be moved, I know it's not treasure related........( but these guys do fish all over the.........)

Sads...that one looks like easy pickens....some lift bags in the bilge spaces..bottles of Helium....you can float her right across the sand!! ..
