sealed 1943

Most of us are trying to be very honest with you. The old saying is, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." Sadly, this sounds too good to be true.

Have you ever heard of Salting a mine? A person has a shaft they want to sell, because it is not producing any more. So, they fill a few shot gun shells with some small pieces of gold, go into the shaft and fire away. This sprinkles the walls with gold. They sell the mine for a lot more than it is worth and then try to disappear before the new owner is wise. People have done this since the 1800's...or at least since there have been shotguns!

I wish you luck. I hope it is a great mine and you find the buyer you need. But remember this. It is not your mine and you want to act as an agent for the seller. If something goes wrong with the deal, the seller will come looking for you. Any seller worth his "salt", will do a lot of due dilligence. This means they will check things out throughly before they write a check. There are mine engineers who make a living checking such things out.

Good luck.

I am wondering if "YOU" been down into the mine and see all this that you see, how about some photos? Lots of photos!!

If you have that much knowledge or "knowing" the owner and it is legit, and even been down there, as many has stated here samples, mine engineers, etc, and only prove what is actually down there. But hey, anything is possible, but you also have to do your research as to "WHY" it hasn't been mined since the 60's, 70's, and even todays time with gold sky rocketing than what is had been in many years!

Also, is this mine/property on government land? Private land? Hidden away that no one has known about it for a half a century? This hasn't been asked,

He said it was patented and last worked in '43
