Landlocked beach lover going to gulf near Panama city
I use my sand shark at the beach, but usually not much in the water
This area is supposed to have lots of shallow/ sandbar hunting
Tips for actual water hunting! Please?

I recall Treasure Hunter showing a pic of a device to steady the coil
Got plastic and need to diy a stabilizer

Suggestions?

So I go get a fishing license (saltwater) and stop at a pond just off the beach. What do I catch? Two bass!
I get bass at home. Do bass live in salt water?
Pics or it was bait....

Seems bass tolerate brackish water
You’re right OV, I plopped the first one on the bank to get a pic of a new species for me, then just tossed it back

At least today I got some coins
And a sewing needle! How careless

Good finds, not good enough to pay for the trip but good for memories forever.
