Being a former firefighter myself, and seeing his avatar is a Maltese Cross, I would believe it to translate as "Truck 5 Captain" meaning he is a Captain with Truck Company Number 5 out of Charleston, South Carolina.? Home of the HL Hunley, and Forts Sumter and Moultrie.

The carnage didn't stop after the 'end' of the big one in 1945, did it? Tens of thousands died fighting the German 'insurgency' after peace was declared. Such a freakin shame. There are so many more pits to be dug!
