PS: When I lived on an farm in the '50s our barn had no windows--but schools , churches and 'town halls' did. --though I doubt it's a church.

Round Top is a semi Small town .Round Top is a town in Fayette County, Texas, United States. The population was 87 at the 2020
You can actually Travel most of it Via Google Street View

My guess it was Either Replaced with a Home, Or Converted into one
In Fact This (Townsend Provisions)Could even be it though it appears Smaller And there are probably a few
Buildings in Town the Same shape

Why would they put windows in a upstairs where no room was. Or cold that be a upstairs room ?
