Rock Face

[quote}See Peerless,

Everybody can have their own opinions on everything. I know that I can't convince everyone about all of the monuments I have found. This particular face is on an "inward trail" to something I found a while ago. Another monument in this group is this MOST PERFECT Bird Monument! Three different types of rock (none of which are from the outcropping the monument sits on at the top of a 3500 foot ridge).

I can tell you that I’ve seen gullum post at another site, and I've been to some of the same places he's has. It seems he has been everywhere around here, that's a fact.

Just to get ya back on subject.....

HEARTS, are a sign of "Secret Knowledge" meaning that it refers to a doucument that you don't have.

Every place I go has some and people do haul these away.

BUT, when I was in Spain that south coast had its share of such lovelys topless, so your pic's dont impress!

Thanks BT,

I see that you have an interest in the KGC. I don't know if you have ever heard of a guy named Roy Roush, but he has lived in SoCal for MANY years, and has been an avid treasure hunter all that time. He also has a big interest in the KGC. He even wrote a book. Here is a link to his website:

Thanks Gollum for the reply. I bought his books a couple years ago at a treasure show while they were just hot off the press...I think the ink was still wet. While the first book was entertaining, it has no new information in it. The second book is a collection of KGC related articles from the Treasure Hunter's Confidential. While this may be usefull for some, I already have all these articles.

Quite honestly, I have not found any books or videos on the KGC which gives any real info needed to hunt their treasure. There needs to be information on how to locate sites, how to find and document the carvings properly, how to interpret the carvings, hootowls, and markers, etc. I think the perfect book or video would show these things, a hunt from beginning to conclusion. None exist that I know of, most show the carvings but don't say what they mean. Hopefully, some will be available someday ;)
Good luck,
Boattow

I'll tell ya something BT,

There are probably precious few people who know any REAL secrets regarding KGC Caches. Those few people are EXTREMELY finicky about who they tell their secrets to (and you will NEVER see those secrets in a public forum).

Just like Spanish Markers and Monuments, everybody knows the big ones. It's just when you get REAL close to the end of the trail, that the signs get almost nonexistant. I'll give everyone a hint: no definite markings or signs exist above ground at the actual cache site. There are some things to look for that tell you where to dig for the capstone. I could probably count on one hand the number of people in North America who could tell you that information, and they don't tell their secrets to too many people.

A great story I like to tell, is about a group of guys that had located some monuments in the Superstition Mountains (in AZ). They were referred to a Black Canadian Tracker. He went in with them. They took him to the place where they lost the trail. They said he wandered around for about a half-hour. Said he almost looked like he was in a trance. Just walked around with a little whisk broom in his back pocket. He walked around looking at all the rocks, cliffs, shadows, etc. After about 30 minutes, he knelt down in one spot, pulled out his whisk broom, and swept a little dirt away from a spot, and said, "Dig Here." Under that exact spot was a vault about 6' X 6' X 4'. It was empty except for some small pieces of wood at the bottom. The wood was dented from the weight of the ingots that had sat on top of them. I have looked and called and searched my ass off, and can not find that tracker. I absolutely believe the story is true (why would anyone make up a story about finding nothing?).
