ROBERT MORRISS: CANNIBAL SLAYER

Josh was up on he Peaks of Otter preparing for an upcoming episode.
As he finished putting a crook on a carved "X" we had chiseled earlier, glancing down he saw an unopened candy bar.
"Fantastic", he exclaimed," I wasn't looking for MR GOODBAR"!

It was a TRAP! Set up by anonymous persons... who were not invited to be on his "upcoming episode".

"Look", whispered the man from the west side of Baton Rouge, " He has picked up the Goodbar bait".
The man with the chisel paused with his initial carving, "Let's get him up here and show him all these Beale initials in the rocks".
"Yes, that should convince him to have us on his show">
Those initials are better than some old DOI with a cropped top than was found in a flea market stove".
Chewing on the found Mr Goodbar, Josh encountered the strangers.

Mary was a child lost in the DEEP snow of the Peaks... it is the SPIRITS of the ppl calling out for Mary, the lost child... even the US Forest Rangers & Delaware North employees (who ALL "pack heat") have heard it at night; don't even ask about the CAMPERS at the base of Sharp Top... they are SCARED! Heh... it is a WONDERFUL thing.

Bell Tavern in Liberty had "clues" for the well-worn...
"In Bedford City, there was an old tavern, and on one wall was a framed sheet of parchment with a cryptic message, said the Louisiana man.
"...and it brought us here", interjected the other, "Even though we were warned of haunting haints hovering in the Peaks".
Josh listened, while surveying his surroundings and the two slightly strange men as an apparition appeared, at first, her face quite ghostly, turned a whiter shade of pale.
A chill ran down their backs as the ghost of lost child Mary spoke," The flame don't work 'cause the vandals took the candle".
The two men gasped. That was what was written on the framed parchment.

Now, a BANK is where the Bell Tavern WAS... DEEP in the Vault of the bank is the Parchment, which left even PV perplexed... MEANWHILE, Mary (as GHOST) is ALWAYS giggling. First & Merchant Bank employees & customers WON'T go there... 'tis HAUNTED!

'Tis HAUNTED! Blame the "blasted" thieves! NO candle! NO Flame to "see" & get WARM! BUT! The saying is a "CODE"... done by YETO; OTEY spelled BACKWARD!

Josh had left the two on the Peaks and a long haired grizzled man approached them-the Guardian Watchman of the Peaks.
His true age was not known, lore claims he has been up there forever, some say he is a descendant of a Jamestown colonist, others claim he his Frank James Great Grandson, but all know he doesn't like those who disturb the Peaks of Otter in search of treasure.
"What you two pilgrims doing up here"?

"I do mind", the Guardian Watcher retorted, "and what is it that you think you seek, the Beale vault of the Papers, Ward's cousin and the VMI boys hidden Richmond stores, or Col Richard Beale of the Dahlgren Affair"?
With eyes as big as saucers, both responded, "The Beale Vault"!
"That's what I expected, and now I must produce a flame for your false and idle punctilio candle".

BUSTED! By the GWP, who will send them to the US Rangers of the George Washington Park... "GET LOST!" GWP screamed, upsetting the critters of the Forest... HAUNTED Forest.

George Washington Park is DEEP in the WILD "recesses" of the George Washington National Forest; a VILLAGE (like in the 2004 "psychological thriller", THE VILLAGE). Ppl in GWP live like Mons, Va. of mid-1880's, and the leader is Billy Hert; there are "watch-towers" on the Village boundaries; outside such, Villagers hear "MEAT!", "MEAT"... amid the screams & moans coming from the "untamed" HAUNTED Forest. :laughing7:

"But I'm the man who solved the Beale codes"!
"You and hundreds of others", replied the Guardian Watchmen.
"I can prove it", he replied," There is a limerick that is really an epitaph and it mentions Captain Beale..."
"Sure it does", the Guardian Watcher shaking his head as he relied," You must fall back before you can spring forward".

... "ANOTHER CODE!" Mary is giggling away...
Putting down his chisel, the other man reached into his side cargo pants pockets and withdrew two stones. Extending both arms so that the Guardian Watcher could observed the designs carved upon them a smug smile enhanced his face.
"Look at what the witch is telling us on that stone and on the other, where the horse leads. Its a KGC code by Reavis that reveals where the Beale vault is located".
The Guardian Watcher just shook his head as the other babbled on.
"You know Beale carved his initials all over the American landscape".
