Would it be ok for a newbie to get in on this? Long time lurker, just decided to join.
This piece was plowed up in a field in Kansas. It's fully grooved and made of what is locally known as pink granite. Approximately 6"X8"X2"

Nice looks like what’s called a Maul which is a grooved hammer. Thanks for joining

Is that scottsbluff made of horse creek chert?
