Polititians are very short sighted. When the population rises up because of their freedoms and rights being taken away, they do not realize that they being polititions will be the target of violence, not some "unseen entity" called "the Government". Alot of good their money and power grab will do if they are not here to enjoy it. Its like the owner of a profitable company firing all his employees because his greed tells him that the less he has to pay them, the more he will get.
