Not going to see a solution in our lifetime, most likely, so I am teaching my sons and daughter, nieces, nephews and the nieghbors the truths.
If you expect a BIG CHANGE you have to take it. 1776 Doing the same and expecting different won't work anymore.

i totally agree with John on this! these dems/reps are all out for the same thing but in different ways! they only care for/represent "their" party and NOT the Nation or the people of the United States! where are the third party/independats that are running for this office? if there isnt someone else to run(besides these other clowns) we are (again) in for trouble!untill these socalled "representatives" beging to help our Nation/people instead of 'their" party we are done for!
 

Only one that maybe, might, could (I sound like CDFG) do some good would be Ron Paul but he ain't got no chance in LL with the way the Gobermints elections are rigged up.

OUTSTANDING!! I just left my neighbors house. Devon is with the National Guard for this area. He just got home from a EDRE (emergency deployment readiness exercise) at the armory. He said that during the exercise 3 companies of infantry were polled by questionare about the drill and it's purpose. One of the questions was, will you as a member of the Nat. Guard use lethal force against the American public if ordered to do so? One of the men stepped forward and refused to take the poll and explained that it was a moral judgement on his part and that he could not do so. He then placed his weapon on the ground and fell in behind the formation. Devon said it was like a waterfall, Every member layed their weapons on the deck and fell in beside the one lone specialist. This included ALL NCO's, STAFF NCO's and SENIOR NCO's. The only people left in front of the original formation was 3 Capt's. 2 Lt's and the BN Commander who was so upset he started having chest pains from yelling and screaming about court martials and disbandment of the unit into other units. Devon is a Mstr.Sgt and he went with his troops and told them that he could not be prouder of any of them. He was floating while he was telling me this. Maybe we have more than just hope on our side. I just heard from Devon. He was TX'd by his Plt LDR and advised that the Specialist Who first layed down his weapon is being held in county jail by the Bn CMDR, awaiting a hearing under the UCMJ. Devon couldn't get any more info than that. I don't want to post the mans name until we have more information. I am so upset by this that I am having chest pains. How can they do this to one soldier and not them all. I will let you know how things go. Think I might go lay down for a bit. SEMPER FI.

I did an online petition. Only about 30 signed it as they are scared to sign it! Does it really matter how many sign? Each time it is signed a letter (email) is sent to the Governor and the whole NJ Senate. It has come to petitioning the Governor to do his job and still nothing is being done because there are not enough signatures? I need to get how many signatures before the Governor and the Senate protect me from obvious corruption in NJ superior court?

I thought as many do that we have Constitutional and Civil Rights. We do not if no one will enforce our rights!

NJ is more of an organized crime family than a government. The whole country is turning into NJ!

The people in this Country better wake up before it is too late!

I tell people what is going on in my case and they dont believe me. They dont believe me because they still think we are protected by a Constitution. WE ARE NOT!

Christie is a phony making fools out of NJ residents like most NJ politicians do and have done for decades!

The worse part of my situation is the reason why I believe they are doing this to my Mom and I.

Years ago I blew the whistle about a toxic lead dust exposure to the public at a beachfront hotel. We were grinding lead based paint. It's deadly! There are Federal guidelines for the removal of lead based paint. Young children can have permenant brain damage.

The owner of the hotel was appointed to head a State office by Gov McGreedy. The office gets a cut of Casino profits and is to use the funds to rehab historic buildings in NJ. He used his office and the funds to rehab his own hotel. The politicians and the then Federal Attorney Christie did nothing to warn or protect the public. I assume they were more concerned about the political scandal than the welfare of those who were exposed. No did anything about the obvious corruption.

If your child has permenant brain damage and was even tested for lead you would not have a clue where your child was exposed because no one in NJ's organized crime family (aka NJ Government) ever did anything to warn or protect the public.

They did...

Ignore the whistle blower act. They did nothing to protect me for blowing the whistle. They did punish me by...

Ignoring Dept of Labor laws.

Ignoring the NJ Taxpayers Bill of Rights & Hit me with $35k in State income taxes that I did not owe. They claimed that I owed exactly $5k for each of seven non consecutive years going back to 1995. The taxpayers bill of rights says they have to show me how they arrived at their figures. Numerous certified letters and a short period of time passed without them showing me how they arrived at their firgures. In order for me to appeal their decision I must pay the $35k first!

Really what are the chances that taxes owed plus penalty and interest would equal exactly $5k for each of seven non consecutive years?

Now that I was sued and in superior court. The judge and all involved attorneys ignore the law, rules of court, a persons Constitutional and Civil rights in an obvious text book example of a corrupt kangaroo court to harm not only me but also my Mother and no one from Christie down will do anything to protect us. The judges rulings actually got worse when I started carbon copying and contacting the governor. Tell you anything?

In NJ you can and will be punished for doing the right thing! The lawyers must know that as every lawyer involved knows what is happening is wrong but continues to play along as if everything is as it should be.

Thankyou John! i also like Ron Paul on this actions in office and comments! but the powers tobe arent going to let him get in! i think he would clean house quickly if he did get in! Ron Paul is all for the Constitution and rights of Americans!
 

Not that I disagree with anything that has been said previous but I would like to put this up as a thought. I believe that the Posse' Comitatus prohibits the military acting as law enforcement. Now if you were planning to put troops on the border to enforce immigration laws you would have to give the military law enforcement powers.

As I said I don't disagree with the thought that a nefarious individual such as "The Joker" and some of the other creepy bastards in DC might try this but one must hope that the leadership of the congress and the military would see it for what was and shut it down.

A lot of it dependson who's being disobedient. If it's the OWLS then very little happens cause it serves the administration, but if it's a group like the TEA Party and they pull the same crap you will see the guard out herding them into trucks and hauling them away.

I've been watching this thread develop and now I'll chime in. And this will give some hope.

THe whole problem with our "Congressional Leaders" is that they are used to ruling by fear. And that fear is quickly disappearing. THye believed that by passing this law that the sheeple would step back in line, but that isn't happening. Even after 10+ years of controlling a foreign population, there is no hard eidence that our military would stand up and control us. Hence the creation of the "Brown Shirts".

What is very terrifiing to our "leaders" is the fact that our Special Forces soldiers are prime candidates for recruitment into militia units, especially the Green Berets. They are heavily sought after due to the fact that their real strength is in training others to fight. Not to say they can't handle their own.

Sometime in the late '80's or early '90, no one is really sure, a publication began to see wide spread circulation in the Special Forces community. It was called The Special Forces Underground and dealt specifically with overthrowing the U.S. Government if and when it became necessary. All the different gov't entites are still trying to find the point source to this day and failing miserably.

Back to what I was saying, with the recruitment of the different SF personnel also comes the training they have. THat training has undoubtedly been passed on to others and those others have trained others and those have trained others, and so on and so forth. So what we end up with is the possibilty of thousands of units with surgical strike capabilities. And considering the fact that the open border with Mexico works both ways, we have to take into effect that these units also have military grade hardware. Talk about Project Gunrunner and Operation Fast and Furious blowing up in someone's face.

Add into this that a "normal" person is worth 12 soldiers when defending is home turf, i.e., it will take on average 12 invaders to take that person out, and a very grim picture starts to evovle. When you have people trained in special operations (guerilla warfare) that number increases exponentionally.

I know everyone is worried about the U.N., but they will be a non-issue. This is because we still supply some 70% of the worlds grains and no one came match our output. When all the people in the countries involved in the U.N. realize that there are no more grain shipments due to the instability of a civil war in this country, those countries are going to keep their troops at home to try and control their own countries, leaving us to solve our own problems.

The only way to even think about controling this country is to control the large population centers. And considering places like New York City, L.A., and the rest of the cities typically only have a three day supply of food in the local grocery stores, those areas will very quickly descend into total anarchy with no ability to control them. So the "occupying" forces move out into the countryside to try and control the food sources and there the will run into the "resistance" forces. With the vast majority of the "occupying" forces being decimated by those "silly country boys with deer rifles". Likw it was said on the moonshiners show on the History channel, "If you come out here, thinking your dealing with a bunch of silly country boys, you're gonna get your head handed to you."

Everthing the Gov't is doing right now tells me they are terrified of the consequences of there actions. The chickens are coming home to roost and I really do hope this plays out as I think it will for the good of all the people in this country. I honestly believe when it happens, it will be over before most people even know it started.

As for those who think we coulod not fight our military and win, take a look at Iraq and Afghanistan. A bunch of camel jockeys with minimal tech is giving the most advanced military in the world everything they can handle.

this bill is a declaration of war on the American people and the homefront every one that supported this bill is guilty of treason on the America. what u say Mad Machinist is dead on the city's will be the first to go down and then it will spread out to the suburbs and then on out into the country side rural areas and the good old country boys do now how to survive.i see a revolution coming to America in the very near future as i say to all put up caned goods and dry goods along with what u need to keep Ur family safe stock up as time is geting very short.
