I took the photo of it, to get an ID.

A guy fishing did come in contact with it.
Was in extreme pain.
I meshed up Jewel Weed.
He blistered up, but it took the pain away.

Eating a dead carp that got stuck and died in the field after high water receded.

Jewel weed will neutralize poison ivy oil if your fast enough.
