Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Formation known as The Waves. It's a 3 MI. hike thru the desert to see it and they only allow about 6 people in at a time. The temperature was 103 when I went.

Justice. The reason I know is because they have the lady justice statue on the court house in Virginia City, Nevada. Only there is a difference, in Nevada lady justice eyes aren't covered, and the scale is out of balance.
