I, for one, would be very interested in your book. I keep trying to look up bits and pieces on you and your accomplishments, but I keep hitting a brick wall. You are well respected, knowledgeable, seem to have had an adventurous life early on, and 15 years YOUNGER than I.

Not much surprises me anymore, and when someone I view as credible tells me amazing things, especially some here on TN, well, I listen in awe and learn.

I love artwork on machinery but the diamonds and gold are a little over the top.

I found this pic on a sale of old pics on ebay about 10 years ago.
It is apparently from 1898, taken in Cairo, Egypt.
Exotic and thought provoking. Are they young brides or slaves? Perhaps sold for a sou or two at the local souk?
