For me I've just got to move. I hate sitting around so I joined a fitness center again after 2 years. I've got good BP and most everything else is good but the boredom of sitting around when it's too cold to treasure hunt just got to me. The thing I like most about the treadmill and light weights is that I sleep and feel better. Now it's time to work on the diet. That was a good article. Thanks.
