Folks,

About 1 month ago I started doing push ups....managed about 2 1/2 and thought I was going to have a heart attack..... to be fair considering I'm 68 and probably hadn't done any for 40 years it could have been worse. So I changed tactics and decided to just do the sissy ones from the knees up.

Started off with 5 the first day, 2 days on and one day rest and repeat. Well little by little I've been building up and have now managed to do 4 sets of 8 push ups for a total of 32 per day. Target by spring is 50 so it should be a breeze.
Look out Charles Atlas I'm catching up....

I remember when I was a kid in the 1960's there was a teacher from France who drove a 3 wheel citroen. It was quite the car for it's time the doors actually opened from the bottom towards the top of the car also it had a hydraulic system so if he got stuck in the snow he could just jack it up so the under carriage would clear the snow buildup.

The Japanese had this figured out years ago.

Simon was the same way. As soon as he stepped outside the snow iced up between his paws. I went out and bought a John Deere snowblower just for him so I could clear off a path to the back yard and then cleaned a 60' x 150' area so he could do his business and have room to stretch his legs. As far as the rest of our area, I could care less and would let it melt on its own. I hate the winter.
