getting ready to upgrade at the saw mill. Getting ready to sell some wood so some money will go into a lucas dedicated slabbing mill. This will cut the big stuff on the lot. This will change everything.

I snooped a bit more and managed to get a map/layout of Camp Crowder that should help you zero in on the best parts of the site to find the goodies. I'd probably hit the area around the officers' club since there must have been some goodies lost outside that building and they would have been the ones with the higher incomes....I'm expecting a cut of the goodies btw....:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:

That is one way to stay warm during the winter months and brush up on history. Having access to archives would be neat and I would not even know where to start.

Just have to do a dcf to find out the payback period, I'm a bit rusty on the formula but it stands for discounted cash flow.

It's a fancy term to calculate the payback period for the purchase price to be covered.

I'll snoop around and see what I can come up with.
