What happens if someone drops dead or been traumatized for a lifetime? Has the producers enough money if that happens?

This was done in Brazil. There would be so many lawsuits if someone tried that here.

A lady in a small town was making a living the old fashioned way. She worked out of her home, where the local fellows would come to obtain her services.
One evening the doorbell rang, and when she opened the door, she saw a young man in a wheelchair who had no arms or legs.
"Hello" he said. " I'm here for some fun."
The woman stared at him.
"I'm sorry but you can't do anything." She said. The young man smiled.
"I rang the doorbell didn't I?"
