Well we're having some tonight just steamed with some sliced carrots for color with stuffed pasta shells as the main course.

We have a casserole we do with cauliflower with a bechamel sauce, I seem to recall there's some horseradish and mustard also and a topping of crumbled soda crackers.

I'll see if I can rustle it up and post it later this evening....
