Nope....lol. Born in 1950 so tend to go light on fried foods cause I'm shooting to live to 100 in decent shape....

Some folks are a-glutton for punishment. Lol

Good for you....actually I generally cut my walk in half. I walk for 30 minutes and grab a coffee and read the paper for awhile and then head back home for the 2nd half of the walk.

Hey Bill,
When it's not 85 at 6:30am I try to walk 3 times a week. I try a mile &1/2 . I can do that in about 35 minutes. Now that it's cooling some, I hope to pick up the pace.

Waiting for him to get back. He is a teacher and I think he minored in history. So he’s into it. He sat with us for at least an hour one night explaining all the politics about the civil war. I can learn a lot from him. I know the town he’s in was established in 1849 and the railroad came in 1852.
