Nope....lol. Born in 1950 so tend to go light on fried foods cause I'm shooting to live to 100 in decent shape....

Yea, when I traveled for a living, the food choices we're slim. Most was fried or grilled. When I retired my bride and I cut back to a lot more of the salads, green foods. We eat my favorite, catfish probably once a month. Not shooting for 100 but looking forward to tomorrow.

For what it's worth I walk for about 1 hour pretty much every day of the week it must help because my weight stays pretty much the same all year round.
