Today must be one of the hardest decision that I made. My dog is having an endless barking behavior and with that, he needs to wear a citronella bark collar.

Wow, sounds like life is tough of that's your hardest decision to make! I would gladly trade you dog problems!

Wel, I guess it's not that tough compared to the other people dilemma. I just hope that it will work, I don't want to see myself be kicked out in the neighborhood after receiving multiple complaints.

While I agree that there are going to be much tougher life decisions to make, I understand how close some people are with their pets. They can become like a surrogate kid. It is tough to discipline your kid. I do hope this works for you.

Good luck with the walking regimen, most days probably average of 5 days per week I do a 1 hour walk.
