Mike so sorry about what is happening to your Misses.
Ask the doctors, nurses if there is someone at the hospital, possible patient advocate, social worker, etc. that can advocate for your wife to help get medications she needs.
Try asking on social media about contacts to the drug makers, but be careful, may have to get someone to do that for you that knows how.
There is a way around this some how.

And i don't think she wants to leave you, she's hurting, and doesn't want to cause you more pain either. Prayers for you both.
