Anyway... shear and such will drop the chances of development... WHICH does not mean it will "dissolve" necessarily...

It can redevelop easily given the chance.

The main reason I don't like it is the "placement"... I don't at present see an eminent threat YET.

Until its gone... its there.

So one of our captains was selling his farm in Michigan. A very rich man who owns a famous old folks development in florida walks up with cash and buys it site unseen and the deal is done in record time. His reason for buying......I want to use the climate controlled horse barn so my son can build the biggest grow house in Michigan. This guy will soon have a monopoly on weed growing in Michigan. His son was just another american pot head living on daddies dime. Now with daddies backing he will be the biggest bong baron in the midwest. They buy as many weed operations as they can in an attempt to take over the market and monopolize this barely regulated new market. The little guy has no chance around this kind of capital being thrown around.

You think daddy smokes pot.....hell no !! But he likes pie......and will eat the whole American pie if allowed. No slices of american pie for anyone else at the table. Instead of sending his boy in for another try at rehab he'll just put him in charge of weed inc. Then he will make a you tube video on how to turn your pot head son into a fortune 500 guy. You plant your seeds in cash instead of dirt....and viola....instant successful grow op !!
