When one of my nieces was quite young she knitted me a pair of slippers and a scarf with something called phentex looks like the thread in those shorts. It kind of like wearing steel wool for slippers and the scarf.

I didn't have the heart to tell her the truth though....

That was very sensitive and kind of you, Bill.

When we were just starting out, we didn't have money to buy gifts for everyone, so I crocheted gifts. Fast forward to when my brother passed... my dad and I were the only ones available to clean out his apartment. It was a very overwhelming task. So much so, that my dad decided he was going to start getting rid of his stuff so that I wouldn't be burdened by it.
I was helping him clean out his dresser when he says, "I don't know what the this thing is, or where theit came from."
I replied, "It's a scarf. I made it for you."
He said, " Well, I still don't want the thing."

Fine. Fine. Fine. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Good morning, Msbeepbeep. I see your phone is playing nice with you today. I had an android phone that would misbehave like yours was. If I remember correctly, to reset it when it does that, you have to hold the power and volume buttons at the same time. If you have an android, that is.
