THAT´s a nice gift for Simon! He will love it!!
Good find Sis
Part two. (?)
Standing below a basement ceiling detector eventually comes the "BEEP". It's mocking me now and I really need to focus on not thinking about a shotgun again.( For the alarms , not for me.)
Wandering about the basement no more detectors are spotted and in between the barking madly dogs and my bellowing shut up , the "BEEP" seems farther away than the basement ,but in the floor almost like it did when upstairs.
Depth perception means as usual a couple feeble attempts at stairs until reading glasses are removed. At least the basement lights were shut off this time before climbing them.
Back upstairs for a "BEEP". Dogs holler , I bellow.
"Beep".
That sounded a bit past the hallway detector into the living room ,and still in the floor.
Wait for it...."Beep".
Ahh haa there you are.
A carbon monoxide detector forgotten about....
Battery swap . And a try to resume normal level of blood pressure.
Back to bed while dogs still are nervous and not totally convinced dad killed the scary dragonish noise ...And we all await the next noise.
...and a lot of "weird" to like here. You are weird, but that's why I like ya! ...
