Company sweet talks there way into an elderly persons home and poke around it where they can't be followed.......Give unsolicited estimates and request a generous down payment...
I'm trying to be creative rather than just agitated but not even ready yet to address it with the senior.
This state is among the worst for consumer protection. Even after a scam. Elderly abuse is the nearest of anything to pursue if the intruders don't stand off IF I can communicate with them before having to put an attorney on it out of impatient concern. There is patience I'm sure if I can fight my instincts enough yet again.
Right now I could toss boulders like shot-putts.
I try to be nice. But this is not a case for being nice. Only careful what I say and do going forward.
Including not shaming or embarrassing the victim.
Breath in , breath out. Creative , not destructive. Mind over physical force. Response , not reaction....Arggghhh.
In my favor , they are physically locate-able anyways. And in my range. This will be resolved.
